Long Lake House

This Nanaimo Lakefront home sits on top of a steep gradient lot that slopes towards the water. The original “Taco Bell” facade and “ 80’s Cheesy” interior of this speculative renovation project were a joy to re-design and great neighbours were an added bonus during construction. The end product was a crisp, contemporary aesthetic with 3 levels of expansive decks. We envisioned a very social owner who would be hosting those classic Canadian summer day/night BBQ parties.
