Lewis Post & Beam House
This limited budget renovation consisted of a new open floor plan to match a young family’s changing dynamics and an updated façade and entrance. A modest 2900 square foot modern post and beam house constructed originally in 1957 by Bob Lewis. He built hundreds of these timeless designed West Coast homes on The North Shore. The Green Roof was Surfside’s first venture incorporating this value added feature into a residential project. Our end result was some subtle yet important changes to this utilitarian home that was already designed perfectly by Mr. Lewis for the Lower Mainland’s climate and lifestyle.
